Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch your ordered goods within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends). Orders placed before 1pm should be dispatched the same day. Time of dispatch will be subject to stock availability (please refer to our stock policy).
- Small items delivery charge is $2.95
- Standard delivery charge is $4.95
- Large items delivery charge is $25
- Orders over $500 are delivered FREE of charge.
Rhythm Resource operates a 'No fault' returns policy. You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days before delivery or 7 days after delivery of your purchased product. Just return the product to us by post. You must include proof of purchase. Please note returns will be at the customers cost and refund will made less the original cost to us for shipping. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned in the original box, packing and any included accessories. DVDs must be returned sealed. Some items such as Earplugs are non-returnable unless clearly damaged. Any 'Free Gifts' received with any product must also be returned. Payments will be refunded excluding original cost of carriage for which we are not liable. You must bear any postage or courier costs. We will not cancel your purchase if you return your product without proof of purchase.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS GUIDLINES
We will always offer you an exchange if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods, except consumables, are guaranteed by the manufacturers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products may be guaranteed for longer. If/ when the guarantee is at the manufacturers discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. Where possible or practical, and if the guarantee circumstances allow, we will loan you, free of charge, an equivalent product until the problem is resolved. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in 'as new' condition, complete with any accessories and/or free gifts offered with it and where possible, the original box and packaging. The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items unless there is clear evidence of a manufacturing fault.
